Yesterday I went to Starved Rock to do trekking. On the way there, we stopped at a turkish restaurant to have a lunch break in bloomington. My friend’s mother who came with us went to Turkey 2 weeks ago. What a coincidence!
When we got there we immediately started on a trail. I think it was called The French Canyon Trail. That trail wasn’t so fun because it didn’t have many daring jumps or narrow pathways. The next trail was much more fun. It had daring things in it as well. After we went trekking, we were beat, so we treated ourselves to a nice bowl of ice cream.
When we left Starved Rock, it took us one and a half hours to reach the drive-in theater that we were going to watch the movie MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE. It had Tom Cruise as the main character. A drive-in theater is a theater where there is a screen in front of your car and you open the back. So basically you are sitting in the back of your car watching the movie. When it finished, it took us 1 hour to reach home.
